Lochside House is located on the edge of Loch Culag, just outside the village of Lochinver, in the North West Highlands of Scotland. It has a remote feeling, with nothing to the East accept for the wilderness of Assynt. Adjacent to the house lies Culag Wood. Walking through the woods takes you on many beautiful paths that lead to rocky coves, pebble beachs and a scenic viewpoint. Lochinver with its local shops and amenities is a mile to the North. The beautiful sandy beaches at Achmelvich are a short drive away. To the South lies Inverkirkaig and the path to the Kirkaig Falls and beyond the road to Achiltibuie.
